In order to practice with me, please follow the guidance steps listed below:
You will need to download the zoom software in advance in order to participate:
A) Please sign up to any of the classes you would like to participate in above by clicking the zoom link. Payment details are listed within, please make a donation before class. Registration for classes will close 1 hour before practice begins.
B) All class timings are BST. The zoom room will be open 10 minutes before class begins.
C) Please prepare a space for you to practice safely. Suggested props (books, cushions, bricks) are recommended but not essential for the practice.
Please practice responsibly and look after your own mental and physical well-being throughout the class.
Modifications will be offered throughout and please remember Childs pose is always available for you to rest. If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limitations on any given day. If you are pregnant and have never practiced yoga before, please refrain from taking these classes.
