This is not a novel idea, but it's still one that makes me cringe a little. We are adept at encoding what we see into the limited perceptual realm of our minds. The patient, however, does not see anything, but something is there. It is as if the patient is seeing a tiny figurine on a table. For a moment, we forget that no such thing exists, and simply take the nearest item on the table for what it is. We are quite adept at this, but I think we sometimes forget that what we see is not real, and thus, our experiences are biased. When people talk about experiencing a sense of oneness with the universe, they are making a statement about an ineffable experience that cannot be described in words. And what is that ineffable experience? How is the sense of oneness encoded into the brain? How is it subsequently decoded and interpreted? Is it a function of our memories, our schemas, our concepts, or even our ideology? Or is it something far more complex, ineffable and unknowable? They come in all shapes and sizes and are used for just about everything. Chilled water bottles, hot water bottles, insulated cups, thermos-like and keg or bottle-like containers are just a few of the thousands of bottle types on the market. I highly recommend keeping a bottle of water on hand in your home for yourself and your family. Water is a great alternative to soft drinks. It helps us stay hydrated, stay healthy and stay sharp. Not to mention the pure taste of water. Water offers a wide variety of benefits. Water can be consumed by drinking alone or added to other beverages. It does not need to be refrigerated. You can find a variety of drinks at your local grocery store. There are endless choices of teas, sodas, juices, energy drinks,
